Which helmet is right for me?

Whichever helmet you choose, it must fit well and be comfortable. Measuring your head well is vital to ensuring you are buying the right size helmet. Different models will offer you different coverage. Our Classic and Jet are both open-faced helmets with full visors for confort and clear visión. The Torque doubles up as a full and open-faced helmet, offering added jaw protection when shut, and open-faced when flipped-up.

What’s my size? How should a helmet fit?

Your helmet should be a snug fit without any slipping or sliding across your head or cheeks and without putting pressure on your head. To ensure you buy the correct size, get a soft tape measure and place it around the crown of your head, approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows. This should measure the widest part of your head. Then just choose from one of the sizes on the product page.

How do I clean my Westt® helmet?

All Westt® helmets have removable interior lining and cheek pads to make it easy to clean, using warm water and a gentle soap. Always let them dry naturally before placing them inside your helmet.

If I have an accident or drop my helmet, is it still safe to use?

Most modern helmets are designed to sustain some knocks, however any form of impact can damage a helmet even if you can’t see the damage with the naked eye and may not be fully effective.For this reason, we always recommend replacing your helmet if it has suffered any form of impact.

Does my Westt® helmet come with a warranty?

Yes. Your Westt® helmet comes with a 5 year warranty.

How do I return my helmet?

Contact us via our live chat with your order reference number and reason for return and we’ll send you further instructions.
Unless faulty, all helmets must be in new condition with all protective stickers attached, in the original box with any accessories included.
Faulty items will be reviewed before providing a replacement or refund. Westt® reserves the right to refuse returns.
